General Orders: Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping fee based on the delivery area and package weight (the specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page).
2. Delivery Area and Methods
Delivery Area: Currently, we offer delivery services throughout Hong Kong, including residential, commercial addresses, and SF Express outlets.
Partner Logistics: We primarily use SF Express or other professional logistics teams for delivery.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
Order Processing: After receiving your order, we will usually complete the order processing and shipment within 1-3 business days (except during sale periods or special holidays).
Estimated Arrival Time: After shipment, delivery to the address is generally within 2-4 business days.
4. Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return and Exchange Restrictions: Due to the significant discounts on sale items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except for quality issues. Please confirm the size and style before placing your order.
